My chiropractior has been using applies kinesiology for several years to choose the? best supplements for my body. So I am very familiar with how it works. While I know that that this is not applied Kinesiology in the purest form, this video is a great example of how to use the technique. I believe that he is using the questions to establish a base line for muscle testing. applaud Mr. Brockie for sharing this information.

Muscle testing (Kinesiology) is SPECIFIC muscle testing, what you see here does NOT test a specific muscle, so this is, in? fact, CRAP.

very sad to see this is the first result I get for the search word kinesiology. whether legitimate or not (but I don’t see the credibility), this needs a new name, esp. considering kin is becoming a regulated health profession in Ontario (Canada), and there are universities offering? kin programs that involve extensive training in exercise physiology, anatomy, biomechanics and neurobehaviour etc. Just thought I should throw that out there.
