My chiropractor mess up my back 5 years ago, when i told him what he had done , he said it will get better on time, i’m still the same pain at all the time i wish someone could fix me back to normal.

Go to a chiropractor like this, not some guy in a lab coat and calls himself a physician. My chiropractor wears some dress pants and a nice shirt basically relaxed and ready to do her job and when I leave I feel refreshed.

For quite a while now, I have beren getting a really uncomfortable pain in the arch of my back whenever i lie down on a hard, flat surface. Also my back dosen’t completely flatten even to the point where the gap in my arch is so pronounced underneath my back that .whilst i’m lying down it hurts if i try to relax. Any help would be appreciated!?

If you’ve tried many things to help your back and they haven’t worked, then I’d suggest that you help your body heal itself. For overall body health you may want to check out thehealingpraxis(dot)com , the girl speaking may be a little long winded but she knows what she’s talking about. Also (though I haven’t tried this yet) you may want to check out hempusa(dot)org and look at their Micro Plant Powder which detoxifies the body of poisons, and heavy metals, and helps rebuild cartilage in joints.

This guy is much different than my chiro. He wouldn’t even touch me without an x-ray. But he got me back into shape in about 3 weeks with a couple of months of maintenance visits. The doc I went to before him was talking about surgical decompression. I’m very glad I tried the alternative.

Wow. I didn’t know a long walk could have such an impact. I experienced an incredible increase in my musculoskeletal health after I became an avid runner, though. Everything was perfectly aligned. My muscles were very healthy. Thanks for the info.
