i have a similar problem, my knee has a pain when i bend it, climb stairs,? and especially when i go into a squatting position. It feels like it'll pop or have a slight crack if i went into a complete squat position.
Unlike the person in this video, i haven't had any knee injuries before. I THINK it might have been caused from when i jumped and fell from about a 7 feet height today. I didn't think i hurt my knee during the fall, but i felt the pain later on.

Please reply, thanks so much!!
