Dorothea, I benefit alot from being in the now each morning when I do the pace routine along with the video here.
I want to bring to your attention that you suggest to put your lips together when you inhale while doing the hookups and I feel it should be the tongue against the palet instead of the lips being together. Is that possible?
Thank you for all you do. I’m going for my first session of polarity course next week.

It is great to hear that there is an interest in Brain Gym in Guatemala! Love it!
Brain Gym really works - Brain Gym is thriving and alive! some people who are against this work probably never ever experienced a proper Kinesiology balance themselves or had any experience with the amazing transformational effects that Brain Gym can have on your learning abilities! I just have compassion for them and wish them better karma:-)
But your comment lightens my day, Thank you!!
Hi. Loved your video on PACE and the rest of Brain Gym. I try to teach this to all the kids and adults I meet in Guatemala. The kids who have computers are always telling me to watch something on YouTube…Now, I can tell them to watch this! Great. Betsy S
