Pain in my right hip, left knee, left shin, and left ankle… HELP!!!?
I am overweight, and working out (and dieting) diligently to lose the excess. I’ve had dull, but persistent pain in my right hip and right knee for years. When I began jogging, I started having problems with shin splints. Then shortly after controlling the shins with kinesiology tape, my left knee started giving me stabbing pains. Now my left shin hurts all the time (and running is causing great pain) and my left ankle is swollen and sore. I cannot stop working out, as I HAVE to lose the weight. Any suggestions? (I also really enjoyed running before the pain. I want to get back to where I love to run!)
