Works Well but really expensive,
I have used Kenisio Tape and KT Tape before and like the product so I thougt I would give rock tape a try. It seems to work just as well for common sports injures as the other two tapes but there is 20% less product per roll than KT TAPE and it is about 80% more expensive. I also like that KT TAPE has precut strips so I can apply them without a lot of cutting. The rock tape adhesive seems just as strong as Kensio but I will probably not purchase it again based on the fact that you have to cut it your self and that it is twice as expensive per inch as KT TAPE. One cool think is that Rock tape comes in different printed patterns but agian probably not worth twice the cost.

|Helped my Knee,
I went for a long bike ride with my left knee taped up with RockTape. I usually have aches and pains during a ride like that. This time I did not. I also noticed that my recovery was much faster. It stayed on even after I showered and kept it on for two days. Great stuff that I will use again for other areas like my back.
