this is a sham, how do you activate the “glut” by rubbing the back of? the hamstring??? These pre made tapings are useless. you are supposed to tape from insertion to origin!!!
Don’t order these spider taping kits for hamstring, just go to a physio who has gone on a K1 and K2 training course
