Easy to use,
Love this product. Easy to apply and easy to follow instructions. Just remember sizing. If you purchase a large and should have had medium, the product will not work as it should. I have had x5 years of shoulder issues and had two shoulder surgeries. This does not fix the problem, but alleviates some of the pain.

|Great tape, helped me recover from shoulder surgery,
Great tape!! stays on for 5-7 days. While on those days it doesn’t stop working. I wore it in the shower & during everything i did. It helped when I was playing hockey & when I was cycling. It gave me the support i needed to get back to the ability i was before my shoulder surgery.
Make sure you find someone who can put it on for you. You can not put this on yourself, maybe other ones from spidertech but not this one.
