Spimes are not a good idea. 1) There are other ways to track what's in a product so that it can be recycled better that don't create such a big privacy issue and 2) The way to stop our privacy from being invaded is to increase personal choice about what information is available, not by trusting the democracy to take care of us. (We are the government. That means WE have to make the decisions.)
